Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to Pro, Team, Education and Business plans, on both monthly and annual billing. You do not need to give a reason.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all orders. To request one:

• visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you paid with, or
• email us at tracemarkai@gmail.com with your order reference and we will arrange it for you.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer usually takes a further 3–10 business days to show the money in your account.

Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the Billing page in your dashboard, or through Paddle. Cancelling stops future charges and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for; your workspace then moves to the Free plan.

If a renewal charge catches you by surprise, contact us within 30 days of that charge and we will refund it.

Detection results are probabilistic estimates and are never proof of authorship. We cannot refund on the basis of a particular score, but if the service did not work as described for you, the 30-day guarantee above covers it.
